The challenge was to post a pic of my favorite superhero...well if I'm not too much of a comic strip fan or into superheros. My ultimate superhero would be the almighty father himself! However, if I had to choose one, I would choose my favorite childhood here, which was WonderWoman!

I have got to ask my mom to dig the pic of me and my WonderWoman outfit on when I was kid. Well, let me stop lyin, it wasn't really even an outfit, but more like under-roos! I will find it and post it...it will make you giggle, I still giggle today. I remember having my patent leather shoes on.....on the wrong feet! Good times.

This past summer I visited a few islands that I had never been to. One of them in particular that was a favorite was St. Lucia. It was very pretty and green, would love to go back! I am blessed to have been able to bring my baby girl along with me as well. She had a blast with every island we visited while on the cruise.

This wasn't too hard to answer....
Okay...confession time I guess. Okay, well I have a horrible habit of patting my head to itch my scalp...ok, ok, BEAT my head. Only those that do it, will be able to relate. It is almost equivalent to a vigorous scalp scrub at the shop...feels SOOOO good!!!

I can recall a scrapbook retreat I was at and I tried to do this very softly, as softly as possible and my other sistahs who didn't have weaves thought they were gonna have to call 9-1-1!
They started busting up and just didn't quite know what to think..., talkin about, "Trish are you ok!?"

I am trying to not do it as much because Bre seems to think she has to do it now...and I think she does it to copy me instead of a necessity...lol.

So there you have it...I beat my scalp....

Ok...so I have a lot of wonderful people in my life, and what? Well the challenge was to put up a picture of me and my friends...well here ya go! These are only a few pics that I had at my fingertips....

Each of these photos have pics of people in my life that I hold dear to my heart! I treasure all of the relationships that I do have. Disclaimer...don't go hard on me if you don't see a pic of yourself...know that you are loved and I just simply couldn't find one. I know this post is out of control long, but so what...its my blog..lol.

I am SO blessed to have many friendships!!! Thank you to all my friends who are in my life! Love yall....

Supahwoman - Well it is WHUT it is....exactly that. I am a supahwoman! I am many things! Many people! and wear MANY HATS! Since the fall of my marriage, I quickly saw how challenging it was to be a superwoman! HOWEVER, I have gladly put on my cape, my crime fighting boots and by headband and I am ready!

I thought of Supahwoman because there are many times where all I had was ME. If I want somethin done, I gotta get it done, regardless of how it gets done or what I gotta do, it has to get done. Only a supahwoman can juggle 100 things at once and still claim her sanity. Alot of friends of mine tell me to slow down and proceed to tell me I am doin too much...but is there such thing when you are Supahwoman!? Nope...so I continue to wear my cape and wear it proud!

1. For 5 generations every first born of the first born in my family has been a girl. (I made the 5th generation, Bre made the 6th generation).
2. I still have and still sleep with my receiving blankets...SO WHUT!
3. I am my mothers only child.
4. I am happy to have a car with only my name on it!
5. Love old skool Hip Hop, yes indeedy!
6. I admit to having a Spice Girls CD somewhere in my stash..
7. Have a major addiction with TACOS...yumm...
8. Been allergic to peanuts and shellfish all my life, and barely started carrying my Epipen in my purse.
9. Prefer Coach over any other.
10. Wrote Victoria Secret off my list when they didn't sell bras for blessed women in their store..Fredricks "X" bra is the bizness!
11. In love with Magic Shell and Golden Vanilla Ice Cream
12. Have a MAJOR addiction to Candy Corn...
13. Still friends with many of my childhood friends...I keeps mine!
14. God has blessed me with someone special, for real!
15. Cried when I gave birth to Bre cuz it took SOOO long to have her!!

With attempting to try and stay on top of my blogging I have been a bit inspired by my cyber girlfriend Brown English Muffin's challenge that she took part in.
Since today is October 1st, what better day to kick off a challenge to self! If you are interested, try participating yourself and do it on your own blog! This may become very interesting reads for some.

As I begin to turn new leaves over in my life, new things are beginning to unfold. I am learning to LET GO of things of my past and welcome the new...with open arms. Some days I feel like I have been through hell and back but this past month has been a blessing. =)
